Look for the Helpers

Mister Rogers was an ordained Presbyterian minister. Most people know the cardigan; fewer know the collar.

His advice for frightening times still holds: look for the helpers. In Alberta they're the church running the Wednesday food bank, the school volunteer, the tradesperson who fixed a furnace at cost in February and never mentioned it again.
